Partner Network

Earn on the accounting and billing work you introduce

Partners are paid a share of the net profit of the client relationships they bring in and keep — not a share of gross billings, and not a fee for recruiting. Nothing is paid until a client has signed and their first payment has cleared.

Who the Partner Network is built for

  • Independent sales representatives selling into small and mid-sized businesses
  • Consultants and fractional operators whose clients keep asking who does their books
  • Medical and dental suppliers, EHR resellers and practice consultants
  • Bankers, insurance brokers and attorneys who meet owners at formation or financing

How referrals are attributed and paid

Each representative receives a personal referral code. A prospect who arrives at nexacc.com through your link has that code stored in a first-party cookie for 90 days, and it travels with the enquiry into your pipeline in the portal. Introductions submitted directly in the portal are attributed the same way.

Attribution follows the relationship, not the introduction. Whoever is credited with a client earns on that client's net profit for as long as that client is active and in good standing.

Rates depend on the service and the engagement, so they are agreed in writing with you rather than published here. NEXACC makes no earnings projections or income claims.

From application to first paid introduction

1. Apply

Create a representative account in the portal and tell us the industries and regions you work in.

2. Agreement and onboarding

We review the application, sign the representative agreement, and walk you through what NEXACC does and does not claim.

3. Introduce

Share your referral link or submit introductions in the portal. Attribution is recorded automatically.

4. Your client pays

Your client pays. Once their first payment clears, your share begins — a percentage of that relationship's net profit, every month it stays active.

What representatives may and may not say

  • Represent only what is published on nexacc.com — published pricing, published services, published credentials.
  • Never promise a tax outcome, a refund amount, a loan approval or an audit result.
  • NEXACC is not a CPA firm; do not describe it as one or imply a licence it does not hold.
  • Never collect bank logins, Social Security numbers, patient records or any protected health information — documents move only through NEXACC's secure, invitation-only workspace.
  • Disclose that you are an independent representative, not a NEXACC employee.
