Business Consultancy

The business behind your business.

From the first filing to the expansion plan, NEXACC is the accountable partner that forms it, plans it, runs the numbers and stays.

Decide, build, run — the same team all the way through.

  1. 1. Decide

    The free structure review

Thirty minutes with an accountant, not a salesperson. What entity, which state, what the tax election does to your take-home, and what it will cost. You leave with the answer whether or not you hire us.

  2. 2. Build

    Formation, EIN, licences, plan

We file it, get the EIN, draft the operating agreement, register for TPT and payroll, open the books, and write the plan if a lender or an investor is in the picture.

  3. 3. Run

Books, payroll, tax, CFO — one team

The same people who formed it keep it running. No hand-off, no re-explaining your business to a stranger in March.

Why not a filing website?

Online filing services sell you a document and a subscription. The moment the certificate arrives, the relationship is over — and the books, the payroll registration, the tax election and the first return are handed to a stranger you have not met.

One accountable advisor

The person who chooses your structure is the person who files it, sets up the books and signs off the return. Nothing is handed to a call centre.

Published fixed fees

Every fee on these pages is the fee. It is agreed in writing before work starts.

State fees at cost

Government charges are shown as a separate line and passed through at cost. We do not mark them up.

No auto-renewals

Nothing renews silently. We remind you 30 days before, and you decide.

Refiling guarantee

If a state rejects a filing we prepared, we correct it and refile at no charge.

The back office stays

Bookkeeping, payroll, tax and CFO work continue with the same team, so the structure you chose is the structure that gets operated.

Published fixed fees

Formation packages

Fixed fee agreed before any work starts. State filing fees are charged at cost on a separate line — we never mark them up.

How an engagement runs

  1. Day 0

    Free structure review

Thirty minutes. We confirm the entity, the state, the tax election and the licences you will need, and quote a fixed fee.

  2. Day 1

    Fee agreed, documents collected

You approve the fixed fee in writing. State fees are itemised separately at cost. We collect owner details and the BOI information.

  3. Business days 2–3

    Filing submitted

The formation documents go to the state, expedited where the state offers it and you have asked for it.

  4. Within 5 business days of state approval

    Package delivered

EIN, operating agreement or bylaws, agent appointment, TPT licence, licence checklist, bank and bookkeeping set-up.

  5. Day 30

    Post-formation check-in

We confirm the bank account is open, the books are receiving transactions, and nothing filed is outstanding.

  6. Ongoing

    Compliance calendar runs

Annual reports, TPT renewals and minutes are tracked and reminded, with 30 days' notice before anything renews.

What we will not do

  • No legal advice

We are accountants, not attorneys. Contracts, disputes and ownership arguments go to a licensed attorney — we will refer you to one.

  • No opinion audits

We do not issue audit opinions on our own clients' financial statements.

  • No guaranteed outcomes

No one can promise a loan approval, an investor cheque or a visa result. We prepare the strongest, most accurate file we can; the decision belongs to the lender, the investor or the government.

Our client-first promise

  • A fixed fee agreed in writing before work starts.
  • State fees passed through at cost, on a separate line.
  • A response within 48 hours, every time.
  • You own every file we produce, in editable form.
  • Cancel the agent or the retainer any time with 30 days' notice.
