Permitted without prior approval

- Use the NEXACC word mark in plain text, in all capitals, with ® on first or most prominent use.
- Link to nexacc.com using the plain text “NEXACC” as the anchor.
- Reference NEXACC in case studies, RFPs, and lender or investor packages that describe real engagements.
Requires written permission
- Using the NEXACC logo, wordmark artwork, or gold seal without written permission.
- Altering the spelling, spacing, capitalization, colors, or proportions of the mark.
- Registering NEXACC — or a confusingly similar variant — in a domain, handle, app name, or company name.
- Implying endorsement, joint venture, certification, or ownership that has not been agreed in writing.

Reporting misuse or impersonation
