Research
We are building a small body of original research on Arizona medical billing and Phoenix bookkeeping pricing, drawn from our own anonymised engagement data. Nothing is published yet — and until the methodology holds up, nothing will be. This page explains what is coming and the standard each report has to meet.

What small and mid-sized Phoenix businesses actually pay for monthly bookkeeping, payroll and tax support, and which business characteristics move the fee.
No statistics, percentages or benchmark figures appear anywhere on this page, because no report has been completed. When one is, it will be published here in full with its methodology attached — not as a number in a marketing claim.
How the data was gathered, what was counted, what was excluded and how it was analysed — written so you can judge it, not just read the headline.
The exact number of businesses or records behind every figure, and the period the data covers. No figure appears without both.
Every report says plainly what its data cannot support. Anonymised and aggregated throughout — no client is identifiable and no patient information is ever involved.
One email a month. You will get the report when it publishes, and nothing dressed up as one in the meantime.
In the meantime, our insights articles cover the same ground using published rates and named sources, and our pricing page lists every fee we charge.
